All members need to arrive by 9:00 – 9:30

They will be welcomed by one of the group members shown where to sign the indemnity forms, they will then be shown where they are then welcomed to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.

• At 9:30am the guests will be shown into the conference room where the theory lecture will take place.
• After the theory has been done, they will be offered a 20-minute break.
• After the break, the guests will start with the practical on the 4×4 track.

• After approximately 1 – 2 hours on the track, the guests will enjoy lunch the lunch will last for 1 hour.

• Once lunch is completed the members then complete the practical for the day.

• After the guests have completed the course, they will be led back to the conference room where they will be given a certificate of completion of the course.
